Jamie Raynor is the producer of BBC Radio Leeds' Breakfast Show and he also presents his own cricket show every Thursday. Julian Hall - Calm People
Julian Hall is from "Calm People", which are Midlands based national and international Emotional Resilience Facilitators. Since 2010, they have been working with organisations and individuals to find healthy ways to express emotions, resolve conflict both at home and at work, and develop strategies to feel more at ease with their emotional lives. In January 2019, Robin contacted Julian and invited him to The Early Breakfast Show to have a chat about Anger, mental health and what impacts it & a plug for Calm people.

Lee Beaumont is the founder of a non-profit organisation called "Stop! Self Harm", which offers daily quotes, tips and images to help inspire people to stay safe and positive, and works hard using social media platforms to offer advice to those who need it.
